At Equinox Martial Arts Academy, our Kids Leadership Program helps young students grow into confident, respectful and inspiring role models – not only for themselves, but for others around them.
We believe that kids learn the best when they can look up to their peers – other kids who lead by example.
That's why our leadership program gives young students the opportunity to step up into leadership roles, assist in our various kids' and teens' martial arts classes, and become mentors to younger and newer students.
Leading by example
From leading warm-ups to guiding newer students during technique drills, our student leaders can gain invaluable confidence and communication skills.
Nothing is better than hands-on experience! That's why Equinox's Leadership Program gives students real challenges that push them to step up.
This helps our little warriors learn responsibility, problem solving, and also the ability to inspire others to do their very best.
